Required Documents

Endorsement Letter from the Principal/Dean
Accomplishment Report of programs and projects conducted with documentation and other attachments as proof.
Include all approval letters/activity permits.
Supporting Documents
1. Accomplished Application Form for Outstanding Robotics Club of the Year
2. Awards of Appreciation or Plaques identified and labeled and other proof of awards
3. Certificate of attendance/participation
4. Certificate of Accreditation issued by the school where the club is affiliated
5. Certificate of Membership and community organization (e.g., International Robotics Club)
  If none, any representative of the group may join the International Robotics Club for students:

6. Office Order for Regional to International Events (if a partnership, Memorandum of Agreement)
7. Other documents to support the claims.
